  5.                                         First, if you downloaded this, you probably have a pretty good idea as to what Kineticon is.  If not, Kineticon is a great extension that lets you create and have animated icons on your desktop, and in your windows.   These specific kines are of various flags from countries around the world, waving in the wind.  Need I say more.  To use them . . . well, read about that in the Kineticon Read Me.

  29.                                 Just for all you who look at the flags and say, "Hey, where's my home land?"  I included the palette that I used to create the flags.  Fill each icon in appropriately.
